Red Apple Reading was created by an American schoolteacher to support the reading skills of young learners and will remain wholesome and ad-free.

Red Apple Reading requires a valid email address on all accounts to ensure proper communication about the program if needed. Email addresses are also used to provide occasional emails for the purposes of education and advertising for Red Apple Reading® only. These emails are provided through a secure third-party email service (MailChimp) and can be unsubscribed from at any time with the link provided at the bottom of the emails. You can also stop emails by contacting . Zip codes are requested only for internal research and marketing purposes. Physical addresses and phone numbers are not required fields in accounts and not required for account use. They can be changed or deleted at any time in the account dashboard or by contacting . How to View, Update, or Delete Customer Information:

Red Apple Reading® provides a safe child user experience on its website. There are no external ads or pop-ups that play when a child is logging in or using the reading programs either online or as mobile apps.
Any in-app purchases in Red Apple Reading® mobile apps have a Parent Gate installed to minimize the ability of a child to access an app store or purchase or download apps while using the app.
Any child user data saved is provided for adults to track progress and for helping with customer service issues if needed. Child progress data in the program is not provided by Red Apple Reading® to any other entities or for any other purpose. Parents can request that all child data be deleted by contacting . All child data is deleted automatically from Red Apple Reading® servers within one year’s time of account deactivation, provided the adult account holder has not specifically asked for this data to be saved.
